About Me

I’m Rodolfo Andino. I lead product and technology and like building things that make work smoother. At tizo I work with product, engineering, and AI to ship weekly, keep the roadmap practical, and back up fundraising with steady delivery.

I like clear problems and simple fixes. Recent work: shaping agentic commerce with our assistant iza, and building tools like dashboards, chat viewers, and BI so teams have the data they need without extra busywork.

Before this, at Güil Mobility Ventures I helped founders ship circular-economy and fintech MVPs. I’m also building Kulki, an agentic personal finance coach, and Transcript, an AI transcription SaaS people use for requirements, journals, and prompts, plus a networking app used by 200+ event attendees.

I stay involved in community work with Global Shapers Managua and GDG— fundraising, mentoring, and organizing events to grow inclusive tech spaces.
